After discussing a keynote dinner with Amy Walter of The Cook Political Report to conclude the first day of sessions, Leadership Health Care launched the second day of its delegation to Washington, D.C., with briefings from administrators and members of prominent healthcare trade organizations. The day began with an advocacy panel that included American Hospital Group Vice President for Public Policy Molly Smith. American Health Insurance Plans, Executive Vice President of Product Employer and Business Policy Janet Thornton; and Senior Vice President of the American Medical Association Todd Askew.
