Dr. Michael Lip He joins the Quartet as Chief Medical Officer, bringing more than 20 years of clinical experience and value-based care across the payment and provider chain of services. Most recently, Dr. Lieb served as the medical director of ArchWell Health, a full-risk medical group that provides comprehensive primary care for frail seniors in seven states. Previously, Dr. Lieb worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), where he served as Chief Medical Officer, responsible for the clinical and quality components of the program for more than 26 million beneficiaries.

Most recently, she served as Chief Medical Officer of Beacon Health Options, where she led clinical strategy, quality, and operations for the 40 million Beacon members. Prior to Bacon, Dr. Dubister worked in a range of clinical leadership roles at Elephant Health.
